Telecom New Zealand has outlined a range of new tariffs in the run up to the
Christmas holidays. The changes include an unlimited SMS offer for NZ$12 per
moth along with a range of cheaper mobile broadband offers.
Indonesia's Indosat has signed a contract for a location
based services platform with Ericsson. The system can use either A-GPS or cell
based location identity.
Belarus based BeST has ordered an interconnect billing and settlement
system from Telesens.
Orange has announced a deal to put a single button link to a range of Google
mobile web services, starting initially with the Google search services.
Claro Brazil has signed a deal with advertising agency, MyScreen Mobile to offer
mobile adverts sometime before the end of this year. MyScreen's mobile
advertising solution helps brand advertisers deliver targeted full-screen
advertisements to opt-in subscribers at the end of every call
