Elephant Talk Wins Spanish MVNE Contract from Vodafone Subsidiary

Elephant Talk Communications has won a contract for the deployment and operation of a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) platform in several locations in Spain. The contract was awarded by Vizzavi Espana, a Vodafone Group company, that enables MVNOs to operate voice and data services over the Vodafone Network in Spain.
